Shipping Times
We ship using traceable express couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Estimated delivery times are:

Italy and islands: 1 to 3 business days
European Union: 2 to 7 business days
Rest of the world (North America and other areas): 5 to 10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and peak season periods.

Free Shipping & Costs
We offer free or discounted shipping based on the total amount of your order:

Italy: free shipping for orders over €89
Europe and the rest of the world: discounted or free shipping based on the order total (contact us for details)

Shipping Address
Please provide a complete and accurate address to avoid delays or failed delivery.
If there are errors in the address, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct the information with the courier.

Recipient Not Available & Parcel Holding
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second attempt.
If you're still unavailable, the package will be held at the courier's depot and delivery times may be extended.
We recommend contacting us to arrange a new delivery date.

Damaged Packaging
If the package arrives visibly damaged, accept the delivery with reservation and immediately check the condition of the contents.
If there are any issues, send us photos via email or WhatsApp so we can find a quick solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.
The product must be returned intact and with its original packaging.
To start the return process, contact us by email with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
