Orders are shipped via trackable express courier.
At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an email with the tracking code.

4. Returns and right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be intact, unused and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products or errors attributable to the seller.
Once the returned product has been received and checked, the refund will be made within 5-10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
